4 oz spaghetti

2 beaten eggs

1/3 c grated parmesean cheese

1 tbs margarine or butter

1 c cottage cheese

1/2 lb ground beef or italian sausage

1/2 c chopped onion

1/4 c chopped green pepper

3/4 cup spahetti sauce

1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese


For crust, cook spahetti. Drain. Combine 1 egg, parmesan cheese and margarine. Stir in hot spaghetti. Press mixture evenly into bottom of casserole dish. In another bowl, mix 1 egg and cottage cheese. Spread over spaghetti crust. Set aside. In large skillet, cook meat, onion, pepper til meat is brown. Drain. Stir in spahetti sauce, heat through. Spoon over spaghetti. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
